What to expect after Multifocal ReFocus cataract surgery?

Most people are extremely happy with their vision immediately after their Multifocal ReFocus Cataract Surgery procedure. However, there is an adjustment period, as your brain needs to relearn how to ‘see’ up close and at a distance with the new implanted lens.
