Richmond is extremely well served by public transport, especially via West Richmond. By train, West Richmond Station is a 2 minute walk. By tram, Route 75 Stop #14 on Punt Road and Bridge Road is an easy 4 minute walk to the clinic. By bus, stops on Victoria Parade and Hoddle Street are a 5-10 minute walk to the clinic. Key routes include 246, 302-305, 309 and 350.

The Medownick Laser Eye Clinic is located within The Local Doctor GP clinic at Shop 13 of the Diamond Creek Shopping Centre.

There is free on-site parking available for visitors and patients at the Diamond Creek Station Shopping Centre.

Diamond Creek has easy access to the clinic by train, arriving at Diamond Creek Station with a 2 minute walk to the clinic. Buses also stop directly along Main Hurstbridge Road using routes 343 and 580.
